Trick or Treat!

Grandma Margy and Grandpa Bob came for Halloween weekend, to share in Wyatt's first time trick or treating. Wyatt loved getting dressed up. He was even willing to put on the mittens and the hood to his giraffe costume.

Trick or treating at the first house, our neighbors Ellen and Hugo. Wyatt wasn't sure about it at first, until.....

He found out that trick or treating = candy. Note the candy bar in his left hand and the huge grin on his face. Right before this was taken, he took the candy bar out of his candy basket and shoved it at Grandma Margy to hold!

By the last house, he didn't even wait for me - he took off right up the walkway!

As much fun as Wyatt had trick or treating, I think his favorite part was handing out candy to the kids that came to our door. We had a very busy Halloween, with about 125 kids trick or treating at our house. So many kids in fact that we ran out of candy and had to give out the candy from Wyatt's bucket that he couldn't eat! Thankfully Wyatt is too little to know the difference!
