Welcome to the World Michael Steven Shinn!

We are so excited to welcome Baby Michael into the world. Congratulations to Lindsay, Mike, and big sister Alex. We can't wait to meet him!

Auntie Jean

Wyatt got to meet his Auntie Jean at New Year's. He loved playing with her. She even let him play with her phone (and from that moment on he was her biggest fan)! We were supposed to go to San Francisco to visit Auntie Jean, Auntie Aditi, and Ananya, but we got the flu and had to cancel. We're looking forward to rescheduling soon!

I'm a Big Boy

Not only can Wyatt crawl, but now he can stand and even take a few steps while holding onto furniture or toys.

Wyatt has seven teeth and is working on several more. Here is a picture of his bottom front teeth.

And now that he has teeth, he is learning to eat like a bog boy. He loves to feed himself crackers, teething biscuits, cheese, banana bread, and most especially puffs.

He also gives himself a bottle, although sometimes he gets sleepy and needs mommy or daddy to help hold it up.

And he gets to take baths in the bath tub now - no more baby tub for him. Of course sometimes mommy gives him a bath in the sink, which is just as fun! Wyatt loves the water. We are looking forward to getting him into swimming lessons soon.

Great Uncle Al

Wyatt recently met his Great Uncle Al who was out visiting from Colorado. At first he didn't know what to make of him, but pretty soon they were buddies. After all, Uncle Al has that beard that's great for pulling!

Wyatt is very lucky to have cousins who live nearby. He loves to go visit them so they can play together.
