Big Week!

On Monday Wyatt cut his first tooth! His bottom front tooth came in Monday morning. That night we could feel one impossibly sharp crescent. His gums were a little swollen which we chalked up to the new tooth. That night he was up every two hours and by Tuesday morning he had cut his second bottom front tooth! Now more than ever he puts everything in his mouth! So far he hasn't let me get a picture of them, but as soon as I do I will post it!

Wyatt has been working on his crawling. He can get pretty much any where he needs to go by rolling or by doing his combat crawl. Of course he wants everything we have (magazines, phones, the TV remote) so these are good motivators! This is video from this evening where he did a full-on combat crawl for the first time.

Saturday Morning Fun with Mommy

On the weekends Wyatt and I sometimes get up early and play.
We play with his toys.
We practice sitting up.
It gets tiring, so sometimes Wyatt has to take a rest.
"Aw Mom, put the camera down and come play with me!"
Silly face

My Little Thug

We've had some weird weather lately. One day it is sunny and 85 and the next day its cold and rainy. This is Wyatt on a rainy day, asleep in his sweats. We've been saying that he looks like a mini-gangsta in them (but for the giraffe that says "I Love Mommy" on his shirt)!

Fun With My Cousins

A few weeks ago Wyatt's cousins Hannah and Meghan came to visit and see the new house. The girls were most impressed with the basically empty second floor, or as Hannah called it "The Whatever You Want to Do Room". We went to the park for the first time and Wyatt learned to swing. He loved the swings and kicked his feet the whole time.

Aunt Shannon was excited to get some quality Wyatt time and see the house. Here Wyatt is with Aunt Shannon, Hannah, and Meghan.

Moving

Wyatt's Room: This is the after - if you look at my before post you can see what it looked like originally, it was the bright yellow room.

The only thing still left to do is to frame and hang the pictures we have.
Wyatt's Room: View from the door
Wyatt chilling in his play pen. He was in charge of morale as we painted and did repairs. Anytime anyone needed a smile, all they had to do was walk over to him and he would give a big grin!

We want to thank everyone who helped us with the painting/renovations/packing/moving: Russ, Darrell, Richard, Vickie, Margy, and Bob. We couldn't have done it without you!
