4th of July - Kidspace Museum

Over the 4th of July Aunt Lori, Uncle Erik, Jack, and Dean came to visit. We had a lot of fun together - the boys had a great time playing and the adults had a great time BBQing, hanging out, and watching fireworks from our second floor patio.
On Saturday, Lori and I took the boys to the Pasadena Kidspace Museum. They had firemen there that afternoon. We got there too late to see the firemen, but we did see the firetruck robot. Wyatt thought this was very cool and ran right up to it to touch it and watch it move.

The courtyard at the museum has fountains that come out of the pavement to play in. Dean wasn't so sure what to think about these.

But Wyatt couldn't get enough and had to be dragged out of the fountains.

Jack thought the fountains were pretty cool too. He was also a good helper, making sure that Wyatt didn't run too far away.

We explored the rest of the museum. Jack liked all the places he could climb and explore. Wyatt and Dean liked the toddler play area. It had lots of fun play mats to climb and toys to play with. I took Wyatt and Dean into this area while Lori took Jack out to the big kid stuff. I had three different people ask me how old my twins were. All I could do was laugh - the reality is that watching the two of them together, by myself, was exhausting!
