After his bath, we usually wrap Wyatt up loosely with a cloth diaper and let him get some fresh air (to help with a diaper rash we've been fighting). According to the doctor, most babies, especially boys, don't like being naked. Wyatt appears destined to be our little nudist. As long as he is warm he is happy to be naked. My favorite part of letting Wyatt go naked is that he is wide awake - this has helped in getting his days and nights sorted out.
Destin and the usual diaper creams never seemed to work for us. We use a homeopathic cream - Weleda Calendula Diaper Care. We love it. If you can find it (not in your usual grocery store), give it a try.
